Starts off with a really dark intro, but transforms inte the musical equivalent of a walk inte the park on a sunny summer's day.
4. Soul Deluxe feat. Kareem - Free at last - Champion
NOT sampling Martin Luther King, but instead an uplifting vocal garage song joyfully sung by Kareem and remixed by Kerri Chandler.
5. D'Angelo - ??? - White
I don't know anything about this one, but it's a really a really brilliant jazz workout. If anyone has any info on this one, please contact me.
6. Warren Clarke feat. Kathy Brown - Over you - Defected
Lot's of mixes on offer, I prefer the Spen & Karizma ones. Kathy sounds always like Loleatta at sometimes on this one
7. Sunshine Anderson - Heard it all before - Atlantic
E-Smoove turns this great r'n'b track into a 21:st century disco stormer, but my choice is Ben Watt's darker dub wich sounds a bit like MK when he was still good.

Swedish producer samples American radio personality to make an excellent thoughtful house track.
9. Harry 'Choo Choo' Romero - Night @ the black - Bambossa
If a dance track really has to be built around an electric guitar, then this is what it should sound like, not like the Daft Spunks.
10. Kenny Bobien - U gave me love - Hysteria
Less garage and more house than usually when Mr Bobien is around, but still with lots of soul.
11. Joe Smooth - Promised Land - Global Cuts
Some will say it's sacreligiuos to remix this one, but it still is a great song and the remixers have handled the original vibe quite well.

Pure quality - Louie Vega remixing one of the smoothest voices of the scene just can't go wrong.

Starts off almost like a Tenaglia-esque prog-houser but actually turns into a jazzy deep house track.

Since she is from Detroit I guess she just had to sample one of Motorcity's greatest singers for this one.

Percussion heavy jazzy number, that sure brings me up.

Three equally great songs on the same EP. Talk's "Cookie Jar" is really a latin jazz kind of affair with Sonya Vallet providing some beautiful scatvocals on top. Larry P Rauson & Cassio Ware's "Love is the only way" is a pure garage track and so is "Unbelievable" by 95 North.
